Fire Dance celebrates the liberating power of letting go of what no longer serves us. As part of the Movement Series, it captures the pain that burns deep within the heart—a fire we must learn to embrace, one long breath at a time. It reminds us that destruction is not merely an ending, but an essential partner of creation, clearing the way for transformation and the emergence of our higher selves. Fire cannot easily be tamed, yet in the stillness of the mind, even the fiercest flame can burn steadily.
